What is ABA?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a methodology that applies behavioral principles to foster the development of various skills such as communication, daily living abilities, and social interaction. It relies on scientifically validated techniques to understand how environmental factors influence behavior. One key principle of ABA is Positive Reinforcement, which posits that behaviors followed by rewards are more likely to recur. In ABA therapy, children receive abundant positive reinforcement for demonstrating desired skills and socially appropriate behaviors aligned with their objectives. ABA adopts a goal-oriented approach, prioritizing positive interactions and enjoyable learning experiences. It emphasizes skill development through methods such as positive reinforcement, motivation, repetition, and visual aids in the naturalistic enviroment.

We provide many types of ABA therapy services for children:

  • Direct service care (in all settings) by RBTs, BCBAs and LBAs

  • Parent training/consultation

  • ABA Skills, FBA & BIP Evaluations

  • Transition Coordination Services

  • Supervision of BCBA & RBT

  • Expert witness testimony

  • Program assessment & development

  • Workshops & trainings

For parents and special education attorneys considering our DOE-funded services, here's what sets us apart:

If you have obtained an impartial hearing settlement or pendency decision and require ABA services, we're fully equipped to deliver ABA and other necessary services, with billing directed to the DOE, thereby alleviating any costs for the parent. Through DOE-funded ABA, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) can directly provide services, not just oversee them. Furthermore, we offer a diverse array of evidence-based treatments ( 1:1 ABA, PCAT), assessments ( FBA/BIP, ABA Skills Assessments), and educational services (SEIT, SETTS) that can be covered by Impartial Hearing Orders.

Successfully guiding parents to high-quality providers. Ensuring strong BCBA involvement in all cases. Facilitating effective communication between parents and providers. Providing comprehensive support throughout the process.
